Rodney DeLong Softball Camps | Refund Policy

For a full refund, cancellation must be submitted 14 days prior to the start of camp. For a ½ refund, cancellation must be submitted 7 days prior to the start of camp. There will be no refunds after that due to the hiring of staff and rental of facilities.. Service fee is non-refundable. If for some reason a camper cannot attend, please inform Jason Gwyn at rodneydelongsoftballcamps@gmail.com.

If an emergency arises we can cancel the registration and roll it into a future camp. Proper documentation must be provided before a camp credit will be issued.
